中国是全球鞋类出口量的国家，占全球40%，因此对成品革及鞋机、鞋材的需求量也占全球首位
中国世界汽车生产国，占全球总量30%，对汽车革及汽车内饰的需求庞大
由重要皮革生产国的组织中国皮革协会联同亚太区皮革展共同组织，地位获得肯定
中国国际皮革展是针对皮革业上游，亦即制革企业的商贸展，是寻找原料皮、半成品革、鞋材及配件配饰、皮革化工原料、皮革机械的不二之选，是国内外制革厂家洽谈业务的重要平台。
中国国际皮革展（ACLE）将于2023年8月31日至9月2日在上海新国际博览中心（SNIEC）举行。
